Yup! This is it! Told you I'd finish it today!

So, :iconarkane0078: asked me to draw "death himself"

Well, I didn't really want to draw some Grim Reaper thing, so I twisted the words around. This is a thestral which appears in the 5th Harry Potter book/movie (whatever). You can only see them after you have witnessed the death of someone. Plus, I thought they were totally cool! :D

I know its kind of confusing but it was soooo hard to do. (And the only picture I could find to draw it from, was a stupid action figure!) But, I added stuff and made it all cool, and there you go, 'cause now I'm rambling...

If anyone wants me to draw something for them, please don't hesitate to ask me! I love drawing stuff for other people 'cause it widens my library's range of drawings. Makes it interesting, and keeps me from drawing only horses and dragons.

Wow! That's very cool ^_^ Great creepy feeling. I love the dark, rich color you made with your pencils. I have trouble with that, because I am scared of smudging. ):

That's pretty good for a first try. Though the neck is a bit long and the shading almost makes it look like a robot. But still that's cool to see.

I saw the thestral and thought "HARRY POTTER!! MUST CLICK!!" So I did and I have to say, this is so wonderfully drawn! :excited:


And I think it's neat that you draw things for other people!! :) [i always try that but there are no takers...oh well] Keep up the good work!!

thank you! Yeah, I have a lot of pencil on the side of my hand and on my paper, but its pretty easy to clean up. its worth it!

It probably looks like that because I got the image from a plastic figurine. Thats what you get. But I spent a lot of time trying to fix that neck. I'm done!

My god, though. I had this up for, like, SIX MINUTES! I had to keep checking to make sure this wasn't some kind of mistake! I had 42 views and four favorites! How did you find it so fast! the front page?
